This new economic corridor is expected to create some 1.35 million jobs by 2035 and bring in investments of more than RM417.6 billion by 2045.

Mahkota Hills is also within several minutes’ drive from the upcoming Cyber City Centre in Cyberjaya which has a gross development of RM5.35 billion. The upcoming KLIA Aeropolis, located just 20 minutes’ away, is set to host regional eCommerce initiatives and act as a logistics hub under the Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) initiative, which is the first in the world. KLIA Aeropolis is expected to establish 56,000 jobs while DFTZ is expected to provide 60,000 jobs.
