New Launching Project Of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor By Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd
Skudai, Johor Bahru, August 10th – Menteri Besar Johor, YAB Dato’ Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin launches the Ground Breaking Ceremony for Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ) at Zone 2B4, Taman Impian Emas today. 444 units of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor which are two-storey townhouse to build and to develop by Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd (GIDSB), the developer of Taman Impian Emas itself.
YAB Menteri Besar Johor also accompanied with Tan Sri A. Razak bin Ramli (Director of Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd) and YB Dato' Md Jais bin Sarday (Chairman of Johor's Housing and Local Authority Committee). Also witness the ceremony are Tuan Haji Salehuddin Bin Haji Hassan, Tuan Haji Adib Azhari bin Daud (Yang DiPertua, Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council, Tuan Haji Mohd Halim bin Hasbullah (Pengarah, PTG), and Mr Khoo Tian Yam (another Director of GIDSB).
The development of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ) is to support Johor state government’s initiatives to meet its target of providing at least 60,000 units of an affordable house to people in Johor by the year 2020. This Rumah Mampu Milik Johor project by GIDSB is expecting to complete within 36 months from the commencement of the building.
After completion, each unit with build-up area of 1,000 square feet can be bought at RM150,000 only. It will facilitate with Surau, Multi-Purpose Hall, Kindergarten, Recreational Park, Centralize Bin Centre, Parking Lots and perimeter fencing, surrounding the greenery perimeter, exclusively to the residents.
